  ketoacidosis and hypoglycemia, patient's are resuscitated and stabilized before moved to the wards. Also management of pediatric cases : gastroenteritis, otitis media , tonsillitis and
  pneumonia . Surgical cases like management of the acute abdomen is also a part of the job.
