• Responsible for the completion of any additional tasks that are assigned by Room Service Manager.
• Responsible for the ongoing adherence to the company’s Room Service Master Key procedures.
Ensure the smooth operation of room service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Train and supervise junior staff members in proper service techniques and company policies.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Assisting Room Service Manager to ensure that all additional tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling various responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate and timely charging of ALL CHARGES i.e $PPSS, $BD, 9000 ACCTS, and diligently send receipts and vouchers to the night manager and hotel control manager to maintain financial transparency and accountability.
• Work closely with the future cruise consultant on board to manage guest portfolios, bookings, and special services, providing personalized and exceptional service to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Assist Guest Services in addressing and resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure guest loyalty and retention.
